Return Policy

You have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@hydrosfilter.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided by the seller upon request. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
